Good rates, great customer service, and easy access. The front office staff has always been helpful and kind. Definitely happy with the experience so far.
Great storage unit! Easy to set up. And Crystal was super helpful. They have long access hours and are open 7 days a week.
Crystal helped me out today and was extremely helpful and nice. We picked this location mainly for the later access hours.
I rarely write reviews but this place is the worst for customer service. I have been a customer for most likely over 20 years. I am in my 70's and get no discount. On top of that they raise the rates each and every year. This year the increase is again $20.00 a month. That is huge for people on fixed income and those financially affected by COVID. Great storage place! Super helpful and friendly! Lots of sizes to choose from too. Very clean!
A1 self storage is the place to be. I love how easy it is for me to get in and out. They are flexible with me when i need to push out paents a day or two. They are just overall great people. We can pay online or in the kiosk. Would use them again for sure. A little pricey but worth the penny. The security is on point too. I have two units and forgot to type in one of my codes and was approached by the security. i can rest assured that my stuff is safe.
