Signing up was easy though there were lots of forms to read. I'm glad I got the unit before showing up with my stuff to store. Catrina was friendly and answered our many questions. The place looked clean and smelled like laundry detergent. We'll see how easy it is to access the unit later. The open times seem appropriate and doable. Putting in the code at the gate was easy to follow and remember.
