I just moved out of this facility. It is a great, clean, and safe location. I never had a problem with all the people that work here. The place was clean and I never experienced any problems. Chris the manager is very responsive to questions or concerns. Great Customer Service! I would definitely use A-1 and the Senter location again.

I was super excited when I found the rental rates at this location were significantly lower than most of its competitors in the area. On my first visit the staff was very pleasant and professional, and during my tour of the facility everything appeared to be clean and well-kept. Unfortunately, after hauling all my stuff and packing everything away in my unit I came across MULTIPLE cockroaches in and around my unit's area. Was hoping to have a wonderful experience at this storage center but customer service was terrible. We checked out their cart and were asked to provide our driver license for them to hold as we used the cart and were also asked to return within half an hour. To accommodate, we rushed moving our items to meet the half an hour deadline and by the time we returned to the front office, the gal was gone and the sign said to call the courtesy phone for assistance as the staff was out on the grounds. This place is legit all the way! If I was looking for storage that was clean, secure, affordable, and with excellent service, this meets all hands down. The units are alarmed. No one can sneak behind a car because they will approach you and let you know that is not correct. I stored my items for about 4 months and was super happy with the price, facilities, and attentiveness.

Probably one of the best customer service I have ever gotten from Andrea and Chris. They not only made the process easy and fast but also helped me out as I had a hiccup upon moving in. It was phenomenal experience. They facility was extremely clean and tidy as well!

I don't know if this makes sense without a drawing, but my 10x4 unit's door opened to the center of the unit lengthwise, so I could store items on the left and on the right. I love this because everything is reachable. At other storage locations, the door opens from the shorter width, and large items would be stored to the back and not accessible until move out time. I used this storage place for over six months. The staff was just as friendly and helpful from before I picked my unit to the time I moved out. The restroom was always clean and helpful when I needed to use it. The hallways are automatically well lit and there were always at least one cart available for moving my things. Thank you Chris, Andrea, Kevin & Dana for a great experience and great customer service!

I don't usually take much time to provide reviews but this place gives me very mixed feelings. First thing, the property is very clean and well kept, a little creepy when you're on the floor alone but that's beside the point.
