I would give this place 5 stars, but when people stole the carts and dollies, they changed the policy to you have to turn your ID in to get a dolly, making it very inconvenient. However, they did change that policy back so perhaps that is reflective of their responsiveness to customer feedback, so good on them. Further, when I signed up, it was super easy, as I did it online the night before I was moving (so I needed a space fast!). Great service. Very nice staff. The place is very clean and very secure. The carts are near the elevators to facilitate the move. The hours are great! I definitely recommend to everyone.

Andrea was awesome... she helped us out and we couldnt be happier. There was also another associate who answered our questions but i cant recall his name..But Thank you!

Just closed out my rental. Hands down best experience with storage rental I've had. Facility is so neat and clean. Customer service is great. For the first few months I dealt only with Chris and he is awesome! Always friendly and he even remembered my space number when ever I came in to pay. A few months in and I met Kevin when I came in. Like Chris he is awesome representative of A1 self storage. If you need storage go down and ask for Chris or Kevin. I will definitely be back if the need for storage arises.

Moved in this past weekend. So far so good. No complaints. Clean and looks secure. The staff that helped me out on Friday was superb.

I was in recently on 2 different accounts. I delt with Chris and Kevin and i have to say, i wish the world was filled with guys like these. They went above and beyond to help myself and others with our needs. The facility was very clean and well kept. I didnt feel like i ever waited more than a minute for anything where as other venues i have visited didnt work out so well. These guys deserve some recognition for running a tight ship. Thanks again Chris and Kevin! Hope to do business with you again soon!
