Just called the (669) number to book my online reservation for a unit at the Senter Rd location and the service rep was more than helpful to assist me with the rental process. She even stayed on the phone till I was done just in case I needed help.. that's what I call customer service! As soon as I filled out everything.. I got a call from the storage facility telling me to come in so they can show me my rental unit. I have 3 storage units. 2 at Public Storage ( and let me say that they suck.) And 1 here at A-1 for many years and have never had any problems and most important (NO BREAK INS). And the gate hours(closes at 10pm) Are the best.

The cleanest self-storage facility I have ever been too. Great availability and some of the best rates I've seen in the area, the staff, led by Chris was super helpful; I highly recommend A1 storage!

I had the greatest experience with A-1 storage. I used them for about 14 months while inbetween moves and never had an issue. The facility is super clean and I always felt safe, even at night. Their rates were competitive across San Jose and I couldn't find anything to match them. I would highly recommend!

As I indicated in another storage facility review, I have used up to 10 different storage facilities in the Bay Area over the past eight years. This location has been the best. The staff is professional and the facility is secure and clean; it feels safe. The prices are very competitive, and the hours are great. I highly recommend this place.
