Don't fall for the 50 percent off specials. I got my rental the last week of the month and they counted that as one of the month special. Then they increased the rent the month after. That's how they make up the money for the "specials" they give.
Manager and staff are nice and are on top of things. They run are typical of any self storage business. They give you the introductory rate then hike it up despite you being a long term tenant.
