They help us with getting our storage for the first time. They r very friendly and very nice.

The A-1 Self Storage Facility on Copley is very clean, The manager, Chris, is very nice and on top of things. We did find some silverfish in our boxes after we moved the things we were storing out, but we never saw any other insects or rodents when we were on the premises. There were definitely some homeless people living out of the units or storing their items there though. Ru, we are very happy to have provided you with a positive experience and we really appreciate your helpful feedback! Honestly the "homeless factor" is a tough one for us and many other businesses. We have and enforce rules on the property and when people don't abide by those rules we terminate their tenancy. Feedback like yours helps us do that.
Chris from A-1 storage was awesome and was able to help me find a unit same day. Reasonable prices, nice and clean facility. Definitely recommend for any storage needs.
