Tony is super helpful. He is patient and took his time showing me all the storage units that I question. Very informative and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place because it is very good with great services.

I think this storage facility is perfect for 'native San Diegan' "REI [Recreational Equipment, Inc.] (Co-Operative)" members who travel home in-between seasonal jobs, etc. Also, a decent enough location (not best) for residents of rural San Diego to store belongings for urban visits.

Beware of fees on top of fees. Have to have their lock-10, insurance required - 15, the quote that they were able to increase cause you didn't know there was lower quotes 8. Good hours and that is the extent Follow up to Corrinnas's reesppoonnssee, Yes transparent when it is one price when you call, the sales reps questioning who you spoke to and then waffling when asked for the lowest possible price. Clark, we strive to be very transparent about our costs and fees, and they are very standard within the storage industry. Most storage companies do require some kind of insurance, as do we. If you do not have current renter's or homeowner's insurance, we offer a customer protection plan for $12/mo. We also have individual door alarms at our facility, so we do require that you use a cylinder lock as part of the security system.
