Some of the friendliest staff around. Location is nice, and clean. Only the 2nd time I have had to store stuff. A little more expensive than some places. But the actual units are worth it. The only down fall was the particular size I needed didn't have any specials going on at the time.

First month was half off which was a really good deal. They were nice and very helpful... I can't remember the lady name but she wore glasses and has a short, black haircut and she is AWESOME! Only thing, wish I would've seen that I can get 3 free boxes for checkin in lol.

My boyfriend and I recently rented a storage unit from here and Patty assisted us. I have rented from them before when I moved out of my place downtown and didnt have a place to move into yet... The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the unit was nice and clean. They held the unit for me for several days to allow my shipment to arrive and even extended it when I asked for a couple of more days. On the downside, cars can tail gate though and the access hours are somewhat limiting.

Great experience so far! I reserved online and got a confirmation call right away. Corina got me set up in the storage unit today and was very nice and helpful!! She went over different options with me, walked me to the unit, and was overall very knowledgeable and helpful. Unit is clean and cool. No complaints!

This place is kind and helpful and I will always go here. Make sure to ask about deals, they're always willing to help! I got first month for $1 and 3 free boxes for being a student during their deal! Corina specifically is a great employee and really made sure to get me the perfect unit for my stuff. She gave me a tour of the premises and made sure to be available to me that day if I needed any help!

Excellent service, clean and convenient facility. Several years ago we experienced outstanding customer service at a different A-1 location. What a pleasant surprise to find out that the A-1 rep that helped us at the previous site, Harold, was promoted to manager at this facility.
