Walked in talked prices, saw the unit, did paperwork & moved stuff in. I was driving away in about 45 minutes. Both ladies were very nice to my son & I. We got a great deal, nice unit, and it all happened so fast. It was nice to get in & out. I almost forgot, I was at a storage facility. I have to say one important thing.....these ladies are so nice....they could teach a few other places, how to give great customer service. And, it shows from other post that others think the same! "Keep up the good work, ladies!"
Customer service was great. All the ladies there were helpful and nice. The units are nicely priced and the area is not that far off the 15 so it is easy to access. Not much else to say... great experience overall!
My partner and I have had our storage unit at list location for a couple of years and were very satisfied. The location is great and central. The place is well maintained and I loved having our unit in the covered, drive up area. As for customer service, Patty was always fabulous!!! In fact, she worked at another location a few years ago and she mentioned she was going to work at this location, which was a huge factor in us choosing the location Patty was moving to.

A-1 Storage in Mission Valley (Frazee Rd) is super clean, which is really important to me. It is easy to access, and the staff is very helpful. I needed to down size and they worked with me keeping an eye out for a unit close to my existing unit to make moving easier. Karen showed me units several times and was always pleasent. The location is security monitored and safe. I really like it.
They are a rip off!! I moved out a week after I paid my rent and they took it ALL and didnt give me a credit whatsoever!! They said you have to tell them when you move out in order to get a prorated amount BEFORE you pay! What BS!! Will never come here again!
I experienced an excellent customer service!!! I strongly recommend it!!! The storage are in great conditions!
Excellent Customer Service. I was with them for 8 months and found nothing but friendly service and they were very helpful. They also work with a charity organization called Serving Hands which is convenient for donating any items from storage you no longer need. Thanks A-1! :)
We needed a safe, reliable, convenient storage facility to store our daughter's belongings while she is studying abroad in England. A-1 Self Storage fit the bill perfectly. The facility is very clean and secure. Patty was very friendly and took great care of us. I'm glad I did my homework and selected A-1 Self Storage.
