My wife and I just moved here from Dallas, TX and in need of a storage facility. We stopped by and the customer service is off the hook fantastic, we met Darlene, she has been here for over 19 years and knows the property like the back of her hand. She rented a unit to us but after further conversation realized our new address is in PB/ Pacific Beach. I've had a great experience with this storage facility. The property is always clean, organized, and feels very well maintained. Darlene and Angie are truly wonderful -- very professional, friendly, and always ready to help with anything. Any issue or question gets resolved quickly and smoothly.
