Great experience! Darlene was so helpful and knowledgeable. We moved from Washington, DC and needed to store our household goods for 6 weeks. Our mover was horrible (Perry United Moving in Maryland) . Darlene was sympathetic and helped us get two additional units in the eleventh hour. I would highly recommend A1-Storage on Hotel Circle.
I had a very tough experience moving yesterday. I was having problems with contacting anyone at a different location. I was unable to get in or unload my Uhaul due to the morena location's office being closed. My day was ruined until I called this location and spoke with Darlene who was extremely sweet and helpful on the phone.
