Moving can be very stressful, for most it is stressful, but the 2 ladies at this A-1 self storage location, went above and beyond to help us! Customer service was so awesome! We are so grateful for Darlene and Genesis, who contacted us when the movers left some of our items on another floor!!! These 2 make this storage facility the best we have ever used!

Best storage place for USD students! This place is located literally 5 minutes (driving) away from USD so it's conveniently close. Check their deals online, we got 50% off our first month's storage rent. The employees there are very nice & really willing to help you decide what's best for you. Very clean and amazing staff (Darlene). I used this location between moves what a blessing. It is very ideal if you are in Mission Hills, Hillcrest, Bankers Hill.
With check in you get three small free boxes!! I picked up a bed from my cousin's storage. The staff was super helpful and very sweet. They offered us candy and coffee while my cousin had to make some purchases. At first I was weary because the storage was on the 5th floor and we were picking up a bed!! They had flat beds for your use right by the elevator. It was actually pretty painless and quick. It helped that my cousin's storage was packed quite nicely. Me & my friend wanted to share a storage unit - 1 month free great deal right? The door was giving us issues that we both brought to the attention of the property Comes closing time and I couldn't get my door to shut & lock completely When I finally manage to get the door locked I then proceeded to make my way down making sure I picked up any trash and I was accompanied by my dogs. I've never worked with people like this at a storage facility. Every single person has been hugely helpful and nice, particularly Darlene. She loves the company and it show in everything she does. She remembered my name when I came back. Little things like that matter and are appreciated. If you want a great, super clean, secure, easy to access storage unit with long hours and a great staff, this is your spot!
