Marisol, Ana, and Maribel are awesome! I've gotten to know them as I sold my house and moved its contents to the A1 Storage Unit off high street. 7 months I've had my things there while looking for a new home. I was always in and out with questions galore and they are always patient and kind. As other reviewers mentioned, the place is clean, well run, secure and if your unit is on the Alameda side, you get a lovely view of the canal. I have a house now (yay), but I will miss my trips over there (who says that about a storage... read more

I've been meaning to write this review for a long time. I've used A1 on two different occasions. Both times were outstanding!! The manager and staff are super friendly, very helpful, and very efficient. The entire facility is kept immaculate and secure. I will probably be needing to store some items again in the very near future and without a doubt, I will use A1. Highly recommended!!!!

This storage facility is great. I like the location a lot and the staff is very efficient and easy to work with. They are very accommodating and have really reasonable rates. The location is very easy to get to and seems very secure.

This is the absolute best storage place in the East Bay! Clean, secure, and convenient, with access from 6:30AM to 10 PM. The biggest plus is the staff. It's a pleasure to deal with people who like dealing with the public and understand customer service. From my first contact, I found the staff friendly, helpful, and very professional. Marisol explained the rates and showed me a choice of spaces in the size I needed and reserved one for the date I needed to move in. Maribel checked me in and handled the paperwork quickly and... read more

I've had a storage here that I share with my mom , she always wants to write a review but never has access to the internet and is not very computer knowledgeable but .... We both really like how polite the ladies in the office are , they keep the place really really clean !!! We highly recommend you stop by here to see the facility , the security , accessibility and friendliness which makes you feel like its a trustworthy place to keep your valuable items . we are really happy we found this place so close to home !

Good, clean storage facility with an easy in and out access. I have been using them for years. They are always professional. I do feel they are a bit on expensive side, but that is probably the cost of using a nicely maintained facility.

The first month is usually free and if open a storage unit, be sure and check in because they won't give you the three free moving boxes later on. The whole property including the restrooms are clean and tidy. Maybe it's cause this place is run by women. They always have upbeat music playing in the interior hallways which makes it pleasant and upbeat when your moving!!!
