Came to Oakland rd location cause I saw online they had the 5x5 . But they didn't have any available so they sent me to this location. Rebecca sent us to this location cause they have storage size I was looking for. Andrea was welcoming and showed us a couple that were available. The place was very clean and welcoming they also have alarm on each storage unit . After 5 months, increased the cost by $20. I will be careful next time and will be moving out. Front desk folks are awesome. Dissappointed and not even sure if it is ethical that they can randomly increase whenever they want.

This was by far the best experience I have had at a storage facility! Clean and secure near 101. James and Angela were very courteous and answered all my questions. I highly recommended renting here!

This is the first time I have rented a storage unit. I researched rates of storage businesses within several miles of my home and this location had the best rates AND the best Yelp reviews. The process was so easy-- I reserved the unit online and went in to sign the paperwork and purchase the lock. The guys were so nice and stayed past closing time to help us. They even gave me some small moving boxes just for checking in on Yelp. The facility is very clean and felt very safe. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased both with the fair price and the exemplary customer service. I needed the Unit for storage while subletting for a month between leases. The location is easy to get to. The units and the facility itself are clean and well maintained. If and when I need Storage in the area again I will absolutely be using this facility. I would recommend it to anyone with storage needs.

Without a doubt, the cleanest storage facility I have ever been to. Also: great pricing. Also: it's hard to beat having access from 6AM to 10 PM. Also: James is a pleasure to work with, answers questions thoroughly, and has a great sense of humor. Also: a great, central location. If I could give 6-stars, I would. Yelp is the only limit to how impressed I can be by this facility.
