Great experience here! Great service. Easy sign up. Cameras and code boxes everywhere, so it feels very secure. Very clean, great lighting, and lots of L carts. Make sure to check in on Yelp to get a free lock! Gate locks at 10pm. Thanks Jon at A1!

Not sure if my original review remains when doing a update, so a little of this maybe duplicated. My experience from signing up to filling my unit was a 5 star experience. The staff are key bs and helpful, the facility is sparkling clean, the hallways spacious. Thank you for the continued great experience.

James was absolutely helpful!!! We currently are renting a storage unit here, and are transferring to another unit for a size that works better for our items. We haven't had any issues with break-ins, and it's very, VERY clean and well maintained. James took the time to show us a unit that we initially requested, and showed us an alternate unit after we decided it was not the right size. Highly recommend!!

A-1 and James were fantastic since day 1! I was one of their first customers when they first opened. The setup was quick and easy. I had my storage unit for almost 3 years and just recently cleared it out since we are moving out the area. If I had any billing issues they were quick to give me a call to resolve it. The facility is clean, prices were great and it was easy to access my storage unit. Nothing but positive things to say about this place!

I've used other storage facilities before and they're all about setting us up quickly but not really wanting to help us. For instance I was at two public storage locations before I came here and both gave me a really hard time when I was moving in and moving out. Both places had bad hours and really bad staff. James was more than willing to help us with everything we needed. He was also very approachable and quick to notify us if anything came up. James was wonderful at getting us setup and up to speed with how to use the storage facility. We got a good amount of space at a cheaper price than other local storage places we checked out. The facility is clean, and I love the handy little carts to move my stuff. Also if you get there early in day you can find an awesome food truck across the street.
