The staff at this location is extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Our facility was set on fire in June 2022 and we needed a place to store what was left from the fire. A1 storage had affordable rates to meet our needs. We are a non-profit organization so what ever funds we can save to fulfil our mission of helping the unhoused in downtown San Jose, we are so thankful.

I recently received a rate increase of near 100% where I was storing my belongings, so I decided to shop units in the nearby area to find a better deal. I found A-1 - Santa Ana, which was conveniently located near downtown San Jose. I appreciate how clean and secure the facilities are. The location is very convenient being near 2 different major freeways. I stayed here for 2.5 years and never had any issues. The service has also been very good. James is very responsive and I can appreciate his sense of humor. My only knock is the number of rent increases and why I can't give it 5 stars. Overall, a very positive experience and would recommend this storage facility.

Amazing and very clean location. Amazing staff and people working here. Matt even know your name by hearts. He the reason I stick around great individual that represent this company.
Juan was very helpful. We came in with no knowledge and he was was able to answer all questions and shows us the units. He was just very informative and I appreciate his efficiency.

Rented a storage unit for ~18 months during COVID after doing a lot of research. During the same period, a friend using Public Storage had his unit broken into and lost a lot of valuable possessions.
