I appreciate how clean and secure the facilities are. The location is very convenient being near 2 different major freeways. I stayed here for 2.5 years and never had any issues. The service has also been very good. James is very responsive and I can appreciate his sense of humor. My only knock is the number of rent increases and why I can't give it 5 stars. Overall, a very positive experience and would recommend this storage facility.

Juan was very helpful. We came in with no knowledge and he was was able to answer all questions and shows us the units. He was just very informative and I appreciate his efficiency.

Rented a storage unit for ~18 months during COVID after doing a lot of research. During the same period, a friend using Public Storage had his unit broken into and lost a lot of valuable possessions. I had no such worries given the excellent customer service and attention to detail at A-1. Some highlights: * Excellent service when purchasing and accessing the unit. This place was very clean and organized, they give you a walkthrough in the beginning and are super helpful. I bought a lock through their service for 15$ and I was set to move my things into the storage. The whole unit was ventilated pretty well so you wouldn't feel overwhelmed.

I've used this storage unit for two consecutive moves and have had good experiences both times. It's clean and there's usually parking available. People running this site are also very nice and accommodating. Will use anytime I need storage.

I've come here on two separate days, different times (during opening hours) and they have been closed. I emailed them to confirm the opening hours and no one has responded. Update: they finally emailed me back with their hours. They should post what time they're closed for lunch as well, because no one has 30 min to spare to wait for the office the open.
