Been with this storage place for almost 2 years. Needed a place to store personal items on short notice, and they were very helpful in showing me different types of storage and giving me recommendations based on my needs. The staff were also helpful in guiding me to tie down my items to my truck to avoid getting pulled over. I'm very impressed with this storage facility. I've used the place for approximately 2 months. My husband and I are glad that we've moved out of our old space and over to this place. It's clean. It's new. The staff is friendly. I can easily find a cart to move in/move out items in the room. The restrooms are clean and have all the supplies. I also feel relatively safe when I visit this facility, a major plus. A big kudos to James at A-1 for helping us make the decision to use this place over our old storage facility.... read more

Very disappointing they did not have any large units so I had to book 2 smaller ones. when I arrived they informed me that they would not honor the promotional rate for both units despite not having a unit big enough for me..

Would definitely recommend this location. Friendly and very helpful staff. Accessible to SJSU and we used it for storing my kid's dorm stuff over the summer.

A-1 Storage is the best place to store your things, I had not one thing to complain would recommend to anyone! Also James (the receptionist) is the best, he really cares about his customers.
