Good intro rates, I'm not sure how much rates will go up after intro time. The 5x5 is good size for me.

Easy to reserve. Friendly phone and desk service. Open on the weekends and allowed for early check-in prior to move in day.

After dealing with other self-storage companies that use call centers and give you all kinds of conflicting information, (PUBLIC STORAGE) A-1 is like a gift from heaven! (*Angels singing) seriously though. The front desk team is super kind and they actually HELP you! Wow what a concept. Thanks A-1 for making this aspect of my long distance move the easiest part.

I really appreciated my experience storing here at A-1. The move-in process was easy, and the employees were friendly and flexible throughout. The facility was immaculate and felt very safe, and moving out was just as smooth. If I ever need a unit again, I'll absolutely come back to this one.
Business response:
It was wonderful meeting you and serving your storage needs, Ash! Thank you for sharing such a kind and thoughtful review of your experience.
The customer service at this location is excellent. I was very pleased with the the service when I came to rent a storage unit. I wasn't sure if I was going to use this location but the receptionist by the name of Nae Twinn was so helpful not only did I rent a unit she convinced me to rent a larger space . Which is what I needed anyway. I will surely recommend this location to everyone i know looking for a storage unit

I visited A-1 storage a couple of weeks ago. I had the pleasure of being served by Ayanna, who surely knows her job !! She was informative & congenial !! I needed to see exactly what different storage spaces looked like & she obliged patiently. I told her in the beginning that I was trying to find a U-Haul location, but that didn't bother her. I was so impressed with her that I went back the next day & purchased my storage there !!
Business response:

The place is really cleaned inside and outside. The units are open at a good time from 7-7pm. The employees there are very helpful and nice to talk too, plus did a great job showing me on the tour the first day. I truly would tell people to rent at this unit.
